Privacy Policy
This is the whole of it. shreeforstree keeps what it needs to send you your order, and nothing more.
What we collect
When you place an order we keep your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and your order history.
Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor. Your card, UPI or bank details are never seen or stored by shreeforstree.
Why we collect it
To make and deliver what you ordered, and to send you updates about that order. That is the only reason.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to process your payment.
- India Post, to deliver your parcel.
- Resend, to deliver our emails to you.
Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
No tracking
There is no analytics on this site. There are no third party trackers. There are no advertising cookies. We do not build a profile of you and nobody is watching what you browse here.
Emails
Every email we send is transactional: order updates and password resets. We do not send marketing email, so there is no list to be added to and none to leave.
Cookies
Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your shopping bag. Nothing else is set.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, from your account security page. Your personal details are anonymised. The order records themselves are kept, because we are required to hold them for accounting.
If you cannot sign in, write to support@shreeforstree.in and we will do it for you.
Who we are
shreeforstree is a sole proprietorship based in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. For anything to do with your data, write to support@shreeforstree.in and we will reply within one working day, Monday to Saturday.
