Shipping & Returns
How your parcel reaches you, and what happens in the rare case that something is wrong with it.
Where we ship
Within India only. We do not ship outside the country at present.
How long it takes
Delivery takes 7 to 8 days from dispatch. Your piece is made to order, so dispatch happens once it has been cut, stitched and finished.
What it costs
Shipping is ₹70 per order. Orders of ₹999.99 and above ship free. The exact charge is shown in your bag and again at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed to you on dispatch, and you can always find it against the order in your order history.
Returns and cancellations
There are no returns and no cancellations once an order is placed. Each piece is cut to order for one person, so it cannot be put back on a shelf or sold to anyone else. Please choose your size carefully before you order.
If something is wrong with your parcel
There is one exception, and we mean it. If your item arrives damaged, or if it is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you.
To claim this, two things are needed:
- Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, by writing to support@shreeforstree.in.
- Send us an unboxing video. The sealed parcel and the product must both be clearly visible throughout, in one continuous recording.
We cannot accept a claim without that video. Please start recording before you open the parcel.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method. It typically takes 5 to 7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
